I'm a Model, You Know What I Mean...

And I do my little turn on the catwalk...
Lol. Okay, so there was no catwalk. I just couldn't resist the song that has been in my head half of the day. But, I did have a small taste of what being a model is like today. It is not very often that I feel pretty. I do suffer from poor self image and low self esteem. Looking into a mirror can actually be painful for me. But, today, I felt beautiful.
Tom recently received some equipment that he ordered, allowing him to start learning how to do studio work. Not knowing much and unsure of what he was actually doing, he Googled a few tips, then just sort of started winging it. And I was there to be his test subject.
There was something about the bright lights, the backdrop, the camera...that just made me come alive. It felt incredible. I loved listening to his instructions, the click of the camera. And, it goes without saying, but he did a wonderful job. He may not need to do studio work often, but if and when he does, I think he is ready.
What started as a simple photo shoot to promote a recent unboxing and test equipment...turned into a bit more...and I loved every second. Enjoy the pictures I am about to share. Intimate, raw, vulnerable... yet tasteful...
